Warranty

We warrant our footwear to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects such as faulty stitching, material separation or production flaws that are not caused by normal wear and tear.

This warranty does not cover damage from accidental impact, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, improper care, excessive wear, alteration of the product or use outside of normal casual wear.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us through the Contact page with details and supporting photos. We will review your claim. Approved warranty claims may be resolved with replacement or refund at our discretion.

Normal variations in material texture, color and fit are not considered manufacturing defects.
